Easter
Well I was able to have all my kids for Easter Lunch yesterday. Josh and Shonni went to church and they brought Addie up in her new easter dress.. SHE LOOKED GORGEOUS.. I gave her a big mommy bunny and a baby bunny, a story book and some Baby Magic lotion for bath time.. I also started a new tradition with a very large bunny that I have had for years( It represents me now as the grandma).. I added a little girl bunny.. she belongs to and is my Addison bunny. Each time I get a new grandchild I will add a bunny to my collection with that childs name on it. I was born on Easter and so it is a very special day for me. It is also a very emotional day as my mother has been gone for 20 years and I still miss her so much.. Just like it was yesterday that she was making me "bunny" cakes ( I was born on Easter morning April 18, 1954)... And the truth is my parents almost named me bunny... Can you imagine going through high school as "Bunny Brown" lol.... I hope to teach Addie and my other grandchildren about Bunny cupcakes and bunny cakes, read them Easter stories.. do special Easter egg hunts and share my stories of my mom someday. I have a "dancing bunny I am taking down to my dad today .. from his personal bunny.. I LOVE MY DAD SO MUCH.. AND MY MOM WAS SO AWESOME... SHE WOULD HAVE LOVED ADDIE SO MUCH. I LOVE BEING A GRANDMA SO MUCH TO HER.. I JUST DON'T GET TO HOLD HER IN MY ARMS AND SEE HER AS MUCH AS I WISH I COULD......................WELL LOVE TO YOU ALL.. HAVE A GREAT DAY
